Salon Terms and Conditions

If you are looking for a relaxing day full of pampering, make your way to Summerset Salon & Day Spa. You'll feel relaxed and beautiful after a day with us. Take a look at our terms and conditions below. If you have any questions, give us a call.

Terms and Conditions for Gift Certificates

  • The minimum purchase amount is $25
  • No cash refunds are given
  • We comply with Michigan state laws
  • Valid for 5 years from the date of your purchase
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
  • Pre-payment is necessary for all packages

 Cancellation Policy of Our Salon

We require a credit card or gift card to hold the appointments for a package of more than one service. If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours the card will be charged 50% of the service total.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time in the spa
  • No cell phones or additional bodies are permitted in the spa
  • No children should be left unattended
  • The salon is not a safe environment for babies
  • Not responsible for lost or stolen articles
